Room with comfortable beds. Particularly good location next to bars and cafeterias. Located in a secure area.

The Quirky Kitchenettes: Who knew a kitchenette could be so well-equipped? With its dining area, it felt like hosting a culinary show, and I was the master chef! The flat-screen TV in the living room added the perfect touch, so I could entertain my imaginary audience while cooking up a storm.

Noisy Nights: The truck at 3 am was quite the unexpected wake-up call.

we stayed 4 nights here, yet it was a fine experience. the host met us and explained everything. there were an iron with ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel tv available. bathroom was amazing and clean.

Location easy to get to using public transport. Big new-fashioned rooms with comfortable beds.

I was delighted with the delightful garden and the attentive staff at this wonderful B&B. The Italian breakfast served every morning was just the cherry on top of a perfect stay!

Oh, how I loathed having free WiFi throughout my entire stay. Who needs to stay connected in this day and age anyway?

We had a good stay in Rome so close to the city centre and the Fiumicino airport, the train station, public transport.

Loved the wet walls in the room, added a touch of Venice. The leaking shower made for an exciting game of slip 'n slide. The untidy yard really brought out my inner Tarzan.

Nothing like a good tremble from passing trains. Sleeping was a breeze with no air con and little ventilation.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and free amenities like shampoo and body wash. The location was fabulous, with easy access to trains, trams, and buses. The owner, Francesco, was the best host we've ever had, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Comfortable and Spacious Room

I visited this place to explore some new spots, and this apartment really made it all possible. We were given a large room with super comfy beds. 😊

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The host, Francesco, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. We were even provided with a voucher for a nearby coffee shop, which was a delightful treat. it was a fantastic experience and if I ever visit again, I would definitely book here once more.

Uncomfortable beds and excessive noise from adjoining rooms and trains. Dull neighborhood with limited options for dining and entertainment.

The mattress was oh so comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Plus, the apartment was very clean, functional, and spacious. Being able to do a load of laundry was a plus.

Trains cause trembling, which can be annoying at times. Additionally, the host was a bit rude on arrival, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my weekend trip. It was easily accessible from the airport and there were convenient transportation options nearby. I loved how spacious the room was, providing plenty of room for all my belongings. The kitchen was well-equipped and I appreciated the free coffee and croissant in the morning. The courtyard was a hidden gem and was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring.

One minor downside was the lack of daily cleaning, although the owner was accommodating if I needed it. The other negative aspect was the slight noise from the trains passing by, but it didn't bother me much and I quickly got used to it.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for those wanting easy access to the beach in Santa Marinella. It is close to the train station and easily reachable by public transport. the room provides a comfortable stay with a good shower pressure and a relaxing shower. the staff is friendly and ready to assist with any inconvenience.

The district around the hotel lacks cleanliness and is not very pleasant.
